1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines and health products, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.
You can only return a product if:
It was delivered in a damaged condition
You received the wrong product
The product is expired at the time of delivery
In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Refund Policy
If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account (depends on your bank/payment gateway).
Shipping charges (if any) are not refundable.
3. Replacement Policy
If you received a damaged or wrong product, we can also send a free replacement instead of a refund.
Replacements are subject to product availability.

5. Important Notes
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging (except damaged items).
Returns and refunds are not applicable on discounted or promotional products unless they are damaged/defective.
