1. Order Processing

• Once you place an order, it is processed within 1-2 working days.

• Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

• For most locations in India, delivery takes 3-7 working days depending on your city and courier service.

• Remote or rural areas may take a little longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping may be available on certain orders (you can mention your free shipping condition, e.g., above ₹499).

• For other orders, a small shipping fee may apply. Charges will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via SMS/Email so you can track your package online.

5. Delays

• Sometimes, delivery may get delayed due to courier issues, festivals, strikes, or natural reasons. We request your patience in such cases.

• We will always keep you updated if there’s any delay.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy.
